Privacy
Twenty-Seven is an AI astrologer. To read your chart and remember you, it has to keep what you tell it. Here is what we keep, why, and who sees it, in plain words.
Kept so it can remember you, never sold; only anonymous patterns across many people shape what we create.
What we keep
- Your name and birth details: date, time (if you know it) and place, and the chart we compute from them.
- Your conversations: what you write and what the astrologer replies, both sides.
- What the astrologer learns about you: short notes on your life, feelings and wishes, a summary of each sitting, and a running picture of you ("portrait" and "soul map"). New notes replace old ones; old versions are kept.
- Your daily readings.
- People you ask about: if you add a partner, friend or family member, their name, how they relate to you, their birth details and chart.
- Your profile photo, if you add one. Only one is kept: a new photo replaces the old one.
- Where you came from: the source tag on the link you used (for example an ad or a QR code), and anonymous visit counts per source.
- Sign-up signals: browser type, a scrambled (hashed) IP address and how long the sign-up form took, to stop abuse.
- An internal account label: whether an account seems to be a woman, a man or a bot, with the reason, so our data stays clean. It is never shown to anyone using the app.
- Your email or Google account, only if you choose "Save my account".
- Notes on what the astrologer was missing when it couldn't answer well, so we can improve it.
We don't ask for your email or phone to start, and there is no password. If you choose "Save my account", we keep the email (or Google account) you give, only to sign you in. We don't use outside trackers or ad pixels on this site or in the app.
Why we keep it
- So your astrologer can remember you from one day to the next. That is the product.
- To make Twenty-Seven better. Our own AI tools read conversations to learn what works and what doesn't, including a daily internal report on how each user is finding the app.
- To keep it safe. The owner of Twenty-Seven can read conversations to check safety and quality.
- Any patterns we use to shape content (for example, what people sharing a Moon mansion are going through) are anonymous and only drawn from many people together: never your words, name, places or people.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts the app and stores the data.
- Anthropic runs the AI model. Your messages and chart are sent to it to write each reply.
- Open-Meteo turns your birth place into map coordinates. Only the place name is sent.
We never sell your data, and we don't share it with advertisers.
Cookies
- sky_uid keeps you signed in on this device (about 13 months). It is your key: anyone with it can open your chats, so don't share it.
- sky_src remembers which link brought you, for one day.
This landing site sets no cookies.
How long, and deleting
We keep your data while your account exists, so your astrologer can remember you.
- Delete everything: in the app, open the menu and tap "Delete everything". It erases your profile, chart, chats, sitting summaries, readings, notes, portraits, soul maps, photo, the people you added, your saved email or Google link, and any accounts merged into yours, and removes your entry from our daily internal report. It can't be undone.
- "Start over" signs you out on that phone. Your data stays. If you saved your account, you can sign in again; if not, you can't get back to it, so use "Delete everything" first if you want it gone.
- Backup copies and service logs at Cloudflare and Anthropic are not erased at once; they roll off on their own, within about 30 days.
- What stays: weekly summaries drawn from many people together, visit counts per link, the day's total AI cost (no name or id), and the scrambled-IP sign-up record used to stop abuse. None of these are kept under your account.
- We don't have an email inbox yet, so "Delete everything" in the app is the way to delete. When an inbox is ready, it will be listed here.
Age
Twenty-Seven is for ages 13 and up. If you're under 13, please don't use it. If we learn a child under 13 signed up, we'll delete their data.
Changes
If this changes, we'll update this page and its date.
