Stuck, or something looks wrong? Here is how to fix the common things, and how to reach us.

Email hello@twentyseven.cc. Say what happened and, if you can, the email you sign in with. Please don't send your birth details or chats by email; we don't need them to help.
Delete your account and data
- Open Twenty-Seven and tap the menu, top left.
- Scroll down and tap Delete everything.
- Read the note, then tap Delete everything again to confirm.
This erases your chart, your chats, everything your astrologer learned about you, your photo, the people you added and your sign-in. If you signed in with Apple, we also ask Apple to end Twenty-Seven's sign-in for your Apple ID. It can't be undone. The privacy page lists exactly what goes and the little that stays (counts with no names).
Can't get into the app? Email hello@twentyseven.cc from the address on your account and ask us to delete it.
"Start over" is not delete. It only signs you out on that phone. Your data stays.
Signing in
There's no password. On a new phone or browser, go to Sign in and use the same way you used before.
- Email: type your email and tap "Email me a link". Open the link on the same phone or browser where you asked for it. It works once, for 15 minutes. Nothing arrived? Check spam, then ask again.
- Google: tap "Sign in with Google" and pick the same Google account.
- Apple: tap "Sign in with Apple" and use the same Apple ID. If you chose "Hide My Email" before, that's fine; Apple remembers it.
Don't see the Google or Apple button? You may be inside Instagram, TikTok or another app's browser, where they don't work. Use email there, or open the link in Safari or Chrome.
Never saved your account with email, Google or Apple? Then it lives only on the phone where you made it. Open Twenty-Seven there, and save it from the menu ("Save my account") so you can get back in anywhere.
Questions
Is a person reading my chart?
No. Twenty-Seven is an AI astrologer, not a person. There is no human astrologer here.
I don't know my birth time.
You can still start with your date and place. If you find your time later, add it from the menu under "Your birth time" and your chart updates.
Who can see my chats?
Nobody else using the app. Our AI tools read them to improve Twenty-Seven, and the owner can read them to check safety and quality. They're never sold. The privacy page has the details.
How do I stop the emails?
Open the menu and tap "Emails from your sky" to turn them off, or tap "Stop these emails" at the bottom of any one of them.
Who can use Twenty-Seven?
For ages 13 and up.
